Before reporting a comparison issue
- Check that the first row contains unique, non-empty column names.
- Confirm the selected key columns identify each row uniquely.
- Remember that values are compared exactly, including case, whitespace, and data type.
- Formulas are compared using the results saved in the workbook.
Rowwise does not receive or store files processed in the comparison tool, so describe the issue without sharing private records.
