Using Rowwise
Last updated: 10 September 2026
Purpose
Rowwise provides a browser-based tool for comparing Excel and CSV files. It is intended to assist with spreadsheet review and reconciliation; it is not accounting, legal, compliance, or other professional advice.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for selecting the correct files, matching keys, exclusions, and exceptions, and for checking the resulting comparison before relying on it. Keep backups of your original files. Rowwise does not modify them, but exported results should still be verified.
Acceptable use
Do not use Rowwise to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute malicious code. You must have the right to use any data you process.
Availability and warranties
Rowwise is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The service may change or become temporarily unavailable. No guarantee is made that every difference, formula result, format, or workbook feature will be interpreted exactly as expected.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rowwise is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profits, or decisions made from comparison results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to suggestions@row-wise.com.
