Drop in your spreadsheets
Add an old file and a new file. Excel or CSV, even with different column orders.
Reconcile your spreadsheets in seconds.
Find what changed, what’s new, and what’s missing.
Files never leave your browser.
No uploads. No account. No worries.
Choose a column name present in both files to match the same record. Select multiple column names if one column is not unique.
Select any number of columns. Their values stay in exports but do not count as differences. Matching key columns cannot be excluded.
Ignore a specific change in a column, from the File A value to the File B value. Enter values exactly as shown; leave a value empty to match a blank cell. Add as many exceptions as you need.
Values are compared exactly, including letter case, whitespace, and data type. Blank cells are equivalent to empty strings. Formulas use their saved results; formatting is ignored. Non-key columns are compared unless excluded. Value exceptions ignore only the specified old-to-new change. Columns absent from one file count as changed on matched rows.
Repeated keys in either file are marked Duplicate on both sides and excluded from other statuses. Rows with an empty key are also flagged Duplicate for review. The first row must contain unique, non-empty column names.
Excel highlights changed cells and new or missing records in yellow. CSV includes status and changed-column labels; it cannot store colors. Exports follow your column exclusions and value exceptions.
Scroll either sheet—both move together.

Choose a column name present in both spreadsheets to match the same record across files. Select multiple column names if needed. We’ll compare the remaining values.
Filter every change and take the results with you as a yellow-highlighted Excel workbook or a CSV file.
